• Good communication skills in English and the local language

Skill & Experience

• Strong verbal communication and people skills
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Confident in handling objections and converting leads into sales
• Basic understanding of customer behaviour and sales psychology
• Familiarity with tracking leads and maintaining basic sales records
• Team player who can also work independently
• Quick learner with the ability to absorb product knowledge
• Experience in retail or direct sales (preferred, not mandatory)

Skill & Experience

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic customer issues; escalate complex cases to senior team members
• Provide clear and accurate information about products, services, or company policies
• Record and maintain detailed logs of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions
• Collaborate with other departments (sales, technical teams) to resolve customer concerns
• Collect and report customer feedback to help improve service and product quality
• Follow all company guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Educate customers on product usage to minimise recurring support queries
• Maintain high service quality by meeting performance metrics and adhering to service protocols
• Spot and suggest relevant products or services during customer interactions (if applicable)
