• Excellent knowledge of Tally and accounting software
• Ability to manage GST-related tasks, including returns and filings
• Strong in financial analysis, reporting, and planning
• Attention to detail and high accuracy in record-keeping
• Understanding of audit processes and regulatory compliance
• Familiarity with budget preparation and variance monitoring
• Capable of reconciling bank statements, invoices, and ledger accounts
• Effective communicator and team player
• Up-to-date knowledge of accounting laws and best practices

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and general ledgers
• Analyse financial data to identify key trends and risks
• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for management review
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory regulations, and audit requirements
• Handle all aspects of GST compliance, including return filing and documentation
• Support financial strategy development and planning processes
• Monitor budgets and highlight any discrepancies or overspending
• Perform regular reconciliation of bank statements and accounting ledgers
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy across operations
• Keep abreast of changes in financial regulations, tax laws, and industry standards
