Description

We are hiring Food & Beverage Captains, Stewards, and Associates for a 4-star property in Jodhpur. Lodging and accommodation are provided. This role is ideal for candidates with hospitality industry exposure who are passionate about service, guest experience, and maintaining high operational standards in food and beverage service.

Requirements

  • Prior exposure to the hospitality or hotel industry
  • Experience in F&B service roles (steward, captain, associate) is preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Willing to relocate to Jodhpur (lodging and accommodation provided)
  • Professional appearance and service attitude
  • Salary will be based on experience

Skill & Experience

  • Familiarity with guest service protocols in food and beverage settings
  • Ability to take and serve orders with attention to detail
  • Experience handling guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally
  • Basic knowledge of billing systems and table management
  • Understanding of inventory handling and minimising food wastage
  • Ability to monitor service standards and cleanliness in the dining area
  • Good interpersonal and team coordination skills
  • Well-versed in hygiene, food safety, and hospitality etiquette

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly, take orders, make menu recommendations, and address any queries or concerns
  • Ensure high-quality service standards and timely delivery of food and beverages
  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the dining and service areas
  • Assist in managing inventory levels of food, drinks, and service supplies
  • Monitor and report stock usage to reduce waste and maintain availability
  • Maintain cost control by observing efficient resource use and minimising expenses
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues or complaints in a professional manner
  • Work closely with the kitchen and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth operations
