Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests, verify reservations, assign rooms, and complete check-in/check-out formalities
  • Manage online and phone bookings, confirm reservations, and update booking records as needed
  • Respond to guest queries and concerns professionally, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly
  • Provide information regarding hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
  • Answer incoming calls, manage mail, and maintain the reception area
  • Prepare guest bills, handle payments, and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded
  • Liaise with housekeeping, food and beverage, and other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience
