Skill & Experience

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
• Confidence in presenting product features and handling objections
• Basic knowledge of automotive products (preferred)
• Ability to manage documentation and coordinate with finance/insurance teams
• Good follow-up and lead management skills
• Positive attitude and sales-driven mindset

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in the showroom
• Understand buyer needs and provide suitable vehicle suggestions
• Conduct vehicle demos and coordinate test drives
• Explain car features, financing options, and closing deals
• Negotiate pricing and trade-in values as per guidelines
• Complete sales documentation and liaise with finance departments
• Maintain a database of leads and follow up with prospects
