Join our team as a Customer Service Representative (Operation Executive), working remotely from Imphal. Skill & Experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic problem-solving and issue-resolution ability
- Experience with customer support tools (email/chat/phone) is a plus
- Ability to work with internal teams like sales or tech support
- Good at documenting interactions and tracking customer issues
- Understands customer service protocols and company processes
- Can identify upselling opportunities (preferred but not mandatory)
- Self-motivated and process-driven
- Open to feedback and eager to improve continuously
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic customer issues; escalate complex cases to senior team members
- Provide clear and accurate information about products, services, or company policies
- Record and maintain detailed logs of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions
- Collaborate with other departments (sales, technical teams) to resolve customer concerns
- Collect and report customer feedback to help improve service and product quality
- Follow all company guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Educate customers on product usage to minimize recurring support queries
- Maintain high service quality by meeting performance metrics and adhering to service protocols
- Spot and suggest relevant products or services during customer interactions (if applicable)
