Join our team as a Customer Service Representative (Operation Executive), working remotely from Imphal.   • Understands customer service protocols and company processes
  • Can identify upselling opportunities (preferred but not mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic customer issues; escalate complex cases to senior team members
  • Provide clear and accurate information about products, services, or company policies
  • Record and maintain detailed logs of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions
  • Collaborate with other departments (sales, technical teams) to resolve customer concerns
  • Collect and report customer feedback to help improve service and product quality
  • Follow all company guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Educate customers on product usage to minimize recurring support queries
  • Maintain high service quality by meeting performance metrics and adhering to service protocols
  • Spot and suggest relevant products or services during customer interactions (if applicable)
