Description
We’re hiring Pantry Associates across Bangalore, Hyderabad, Delhi NCR, Chennai, Mumbai, and Pune. If you’re passionate about the hospitality industry and have a knack for cleanliness and service, this role is for you. Open to 12th-pass candidates below 27 years old with good communication skills.

Skill & Experience
- Basic understanding of cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Ability to work neatly and efficiently
- Familiarity with handling pantry inventory and stock
- Experience with tea/coffee preparation (preferred, not required)
- Ability to serve beverages and maintain service etiquette
- Team-oriented with a proactive work attitude
- Willingness to use dishwashing equipment and manual cleaning methods
- Basic communication skills to coordinate with supervisors and team
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and organise the pantry area according to hygiene and safety standards
- Restock pantry items such as dry goods, spices, and beverages as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and notify the supervisor when stock is low
- Maintain pantry equipment in good condition and ensure cleanliness
- Prepare beverages such as tea and coffee for office staff or VIP guests
- Serve beverages when required, maintaining proper service etiquette
- Clean crockery and cutlery either manually or using dishwashing machines
- Properly dispose of trash and follow recycling and waste management protocols
- Wipe surfaces, clean counters, and keep the pantry area neat and tidy
- Follow all health and safety guidelines, including food handling and storage procedures
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors promptly
- Wear appropriate PPE and follow company cleanliness policies at all times
