Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations including task assignments and staff supervision
• Ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet the hotel’s cleanliness and presentation standards
• Train new staff and ensure ongoing coaching on cleaning procedures and customer service
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and toiletries; place orders when required
• Address guest complaints or requests in a professional and prompt manner
• Monitor safety and hygiene standards in all areas of housekeeping
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to housekeeping staff
• Collaborate with front office, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences
• Resolve any housekeeping-related operational issues or complaints effectively
